About HUK

Huk is a community driven clothing label motivated by the mountains and the snow sports lifestyle. Huk draws its influence and direction from its community of contributors. Since it's birth in 2006 no-one at huk has been paid a wage, all creative input and efforts are contributed voluntarily. All profits are re-invested in Huk to help the label continue to grow and develop it's sustainable and ethically sourced products. A percentage of every sale goes to the Huk-run 'environmental fund'. All Huk products are as sustainable as we can make them. We will always use organically grown fabrics if they are available and we only deal with manufacturers who meet minimum social criteria for their workforce. This is not and has never been just marketing or meeting consumer demand. Huk was founded on the principals of low impact ethical sourcing.

Delivery Details

We aim to get these orders out to you within 2 weeks. We say this as sometimes we need a little time to freshly print your purchase. In the vast majority of cases you'll get your stuff within a couple of days. If you're in a hurry as you're going away, it's a present for someone and you're a good friend but not that good, or any other reasonable reason let us know and we'll see if we can ship it the same day.

We post Royal Mail standard 1st Class as most small orders can be popped through your letter box so you don't need to be home.

We use biodegradable poly bags to send stuff out in as they protect your new things but also so they don't stick around too long. They degrade more readily than paper.

Returns

We all most likely have too many clothes in our cupboards so the last thing we want is for you to buy a Huk product and not use it. If you are not happy with your purchase you can return within 14 days for a full refund or exchange depending on which you prefer. If it is a fault with the garment we will refund the return costs if they are by an agreed method (usually standard royal mail) if it is a size change we won't as we try to make the sizing of the garments as clear as possible in the product pages and recommend that you compare the measurements with a similar garment that you know fits well.

Please understand that we need to re-sell these items so they have to be returned in perfect condition.
